Installing MessagEase on your Clié NR70

 

If you own a Clie NR70, follow these instructions to port MessagEaseST to your Clie.

No Memory stick required!

 

Download, MessagEaseSTFiles4ClieNR70.zip from our website

 

HotSync and install these files:

And one or all of these skin files:

  1. SknG_MestANI003
  2. SknG_Mest003ANI
  3. SknG_MestDOT003
  4. SknG_Mest003DOT

Also install X-Master if you don't have an extension manager

Run SkinManager to install any of the above skin files (start with the first one!)

 

Run X-Master (or your favorite extension manager) to activate MessagEaseST program;

(Configure the options, but do not calibrate!)

 

You are done! Use MessagEaseST's Keyboard to Enter text quickly and accurately.

Uninstalling the Skin:
1) Run SkinManager and install a new skin or revert to system's skin.

Deactivating MessagEaseST:
1) Tap on the Graffiti button on the right hand side (under the calculator) and Graffiti will be activated. You can use Graffiti even though the keyboard is showing.
2) Tap on the MessagEaseST button on the left hand side (under the app icon) to   turn MessagEaseST back on.
3) You can further deactivate MessagEaseST by un-checking it in X-Master.
4) To completely remove it, first un-check it in X-Master, then a soft reset, then delete.
