Feedback from some of our customers:
"MessagEase proved a joy to use, looked great, and increased my text input speed by 41%. The well-thought-out compact keypad, powerful macro capability, ready access to numbers and a wide variety of punctuation/symbols, and landscape support for the T3 set MessagEase apart from its competition."

"Okay, this is the first application I've downloaded in ages that really got me excited. This program is so well thought out it awes me. It may take some getting used to, but let me tell you, it's more than worth it. I can write paragraphs of text, very quickly, and without the fatigue my fingers feel writing graffiti, plus, I can do it all one handed, with just my thumb! Awesome."

"I am impressed! This is an elegant application packed with useful features. I'm sure you can think of many cases where too many features make applications ugly and hard to use. This is not the case with MessagEaseKB. The developers here have made a very useful virtual keyboard program with a clean interface. I've only just started using it so I can't tell you how quickly I am entering text. But I am making fewer mistakes due to misread :-) Graffiti or the tiny keys on QWERTY-style virtual keyboards."

"Fantastic! This is the text-entry app that I've been looking for! After only a couple of days, I've already surpassed my fastest speed with FITALY! I've tried many apps of this sort and this one beats them all!..."

"This is coming from a die-hard graffiter...you couldn't pay me to use Fitalystamp, or any of the other concoctions I've seen out there prior to MessagEase. The interface is intuitive, and the game had me developing blind recognition of the main keys in a matter of seconds. I foresee my truly being able to take notes during a meeting without having to break eye contact with the person I'm talking to (which I can't do with graffiti and thus have not been able to use my PDA at meetings). What does it mean? A PDA could shed 1 to 2 inches off its height by eliminating the graffiti area and/or keyboard. Great job! Thanks"

"TRY THIS ONE! This data input alternative acknowledges two simple physical facts that most developers have so far ignored: 1) When you're entering data by tapping targets on a Palm screen, bigger targets are easier to hit. 2) Your writing arm does not grow out of the center of your chest. Because the on-screen data entry area is positioned to the side of the text display, rather than centered below it, my writing hand never blocks my view of what I've written. This convenience smoothes out the moment-to-moment user feedback associated with text entry and makes the text entry process less distracting.
This is going to be a killer pop-up that I will be eager to buy as soon as it's available."

"I have been using MessagEase for a few weeks. It is clearly the best text-entry system I have used with the Palm and I am using it increasingly for note-taking during meetings etc. The keyboard layout is well designed and very effective. The concept represents the most significant improvement to date in text entry for small devices. Indeed the idea seems so obvious that it is amazing it has taken so long for it to be developed. Kids to whom I've shown MessagEase took to it enthusiastically which indicates the great potential for this system - from the classroom to the business and technical arenas. I thoroughly recommend MessagEase and will be looking out for any improvements and the first commercially available system.

"A fantastic text entry program. I can not imagine using my handheld without it. After a week of using it I was able to enter text faster on my handheld than I could write with pen and paper. After 2 1/2 months my speed has become mind boggling. Upwards of 50 wpm. I laugh when I see the new Treo coming out with the mini thumb kb. There is not a thumb typist alive that can compete with text entry speed of an average ME user. And the ME user doesn't have to put his pen down. This along with the standalone application is the #1 MUST HAVE application on my handheld. Datebk 4 is my second must have. I would gladly pay $30 for this software but it is free!"

"Holy cow batman! Immediately go get MessagEaseKB to replace Palm's data entry offerings. This with X-master is awesome (hitting abc or 123 brings this up instead)! Stable, quick, and virtually no learning curve. No problem thus far with any apps including Yap, HandyShopper, and BDictionaris -- I have m500. I thought I had to shell out for FitalyStamp. Thanks EXideas! "

"Having tried several alternative text entry systems, I have decided to stick with MessagEase as the most simple and forgiving way of entering text with a stylus. It does not require you to be extremely precise, and can be used at high speed with many fewer errors than I ever achieved with Graffiti. "

" There is a slight learning time for this program which is sped up by the game that is included. After taking about 15 min to get comfortable and about an hour to get proficient, I won't be going back to graffiti any time soon. Great layout of the keyboard."

"Once users put in the necessary practice time, this tremendous program really does enable users to input text far more quickly and accurately than with Graffiti. I recommend going to the company website and downloading the Hack that allows you to use the MessagEase keyboard in any application. The developers have also been impressively responsive to user feedback."

"Are you joking? Get rid of Graffiti? YOU BET! This is fantastic. So, easy... why didn't I think of it. Took a few minutes to locate the letters but now I'm hooked. It would be great if you could write a Hack to simply make my Graffiti window disappear and a MessagEase Window appear in its place. My only problem is that I have to write text and then cut/paste it into my App. So, it's great if you have bulk text to input. Viable contender for Palm App of the year? Yeah, I think if it could somehow be integrated into the Palm. "
